To get things started, The Age of Wonders 4: Dragon Dawn content pack contains the new realm option: The Ashen War. Those include two new tomes, new units, new spells, and general new features. This new DLC introduces a distinct new leader type, the Dragon Rulers, a new physical appearance in the lizardfolk (reptilian beings), a whole new realm called The Ashen War, and a couple of other bells and whistles.
